Citizenm Amsterdam South Hotel

This place suits me perfectly for every stay. Amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, and a bar area fulfill all my needs. I remember the staff helped return my forgotten earpods. I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back for Christmas.

Staff, service, room concept

No kettle, no fridge.

Everything was perfect, exceeded all expectations, and the staff were pleasant and best people at all times. Had a soundproof and practical room with huge beds and iPad with free WiFi, and I couldn't ask for more. The hotel was actually chic and perfectly located close to train/metro station, airport and central station and the Netherlands.

The iPad control for room features was a game-changer!

Close to train station, close to trams that take you into city, great lobby and public space, cool room even though it was small; atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff

closer to action would have been nice but not a dealbreaker; food service was a bit pricey for what you got.

Tasty breakfast options, the food was savoury. The hotel had a stunning location very close to Thomastheater.

I keep coming back to the CitizenM because of the free wifi, free movies, great international selection of television, comfortable beds, and (fairly) convenient location. It's only a pleasant 25 minute walk to Leidseplein (or the No 5 tram stops right outside).

The Hotel is very nice! the main moment it's stuff and design! I liked my room very nice When i came there we had't find my reservation from your websyte! But fortunatly receptionist can help me to solve this problemt

perfectly situated near parks and key attractions for weekend strolls

I loved that it was just a short walk through the park to reach the Olympic Stadium and that I could easily explore Vondelpark, perfect for a leisurely evening stroll. As a solo traveler, I enjoyed the friendly staff and the high-tech features in my King Room.

We stayed at this hotel with my five adult children, and it was fantastic. The location was ideal, and we especially enjoyed the lively atmosphere. The staff were attentive, and the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

My children wished there were more family-friendly activities on-site.

Brilliant modern hotel within easy reach of the airport and city centre. Lovely modern room though its true what they say about needing to be very comfortable with whoever you're staying with as privacy is not high on the agenda when showering or going to the toliet. The choice of free movies and free wi-fi is a great addiiton and the 24 hour cafe has a good selection of food and drinks. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Boutique, modern and unusual. Brilliant!
